By agreeing to them you confirm that you’re happy for us to distribute your content on your behalf, but you remain the copyright holder at all times.

Keep your video exclusive
Remember, we will be able to get you the highest fee if your video hasn’t been published anywhere before. Publications pay for exclusivity. If a friend has shared your footage elsewhere for example, you could end up earning nothing.
For this reason, if you wish to sell a video for the highest fee possible, we ask that you hold off from submitting your content to other outlets.
We also ask that you send us large, unedited files if possible.
We will never use the content you send us without your permission, but some media companies aren’t so trustworthy. Be careful – if your video leaks, its value might diminish.
